it looks like we will be releasing this Resolver package (F2833x-FPU, F2803x-CPU, F2803x-CLA) only under signed license agreement. I don't have a date for this yet, but my guess is September/October. We're still taking feedback from some early evaluations.

Are you specifically looking for SW, HW, or both?

I am a student from Taiwan. I am currently studying this paper  from TI which uses C2000 for position feed back using a resolver( spry212)  and want to implement it. Does TI provide the source code for this implementation?

Also, I was wondering if the output range of the resolver in this paper(spry212) is -1.65~1.65V sine/cos wave? (because the hardware TLV2772 performs the 1.65V level shifting to meet the 3.3-V A/D input range.)

In this paper, the resolver is excited with a sine voltage of 10Vp-p at 10KHz but it doesn't mention about the transformation ratio of the resolver.

You are right about level shifting. 1.65V. Transformation ratio of resolver in tandem with the gain stage will fit the signal within ADC range, that is, 0V-3.3V. I think the resolver's trans ratio (pri:sec) is 3:1.

The OPA2209 for the low pass filter in stage 2, the output is set a limit to "0~15V" and the resolver in this paper is excited with a sine voltage of 10Vp-p at 10KHz.

Is the resolver excited with a sine voltage range from 0~10V? 

If the the resolver excited with a sine voltage range of 0~10V and the resolver's trans ratio (pri:sec) is 3:1, the output voltage range from the resolver would be 0~3.3V. The output has meet the ADC range and don't need to do the level shifting.
