The provided ADS1274-DSK6416 example in CCS compiler is using Frame Sync protocol for the serial communication ,I need to perform serial communication through SPI with a discrete DOUT mode .For this we didn’t found any valuable example to make this possible .

Could you please provide us the necessary code example in CCS in order to make this working .

He should be referencing the Data Output Mode as Discrete. This is essentially a standard SPI transfer using a DRDY as interrupt. In "Discrete" mode, the ADS1274 has 4 DOUT signals (1 DOUT for each of the ADCs) vs a multiplexed DOUT, which has all 4 channels on one DOUT signal. (reference FIgure 80 of the datasheet).

There should be 24bits data transfer that begins on the falling edge of DRDY (data ready signal - generally connected to an interrupt on the processor).

There is a document associated with the following post that may be of some help with the processor configuration. It assumes operation in "multiplexed" mode, but the "discrete" mode should be simpler...just one channel instead of multiple.
