Lead Acid Battery Charging algorithm on Concerto

I have a customer using the F28M36P63C Concerto device.  He will do motor control with the C28 side and wants to manage the charging of a lead-acid battery being charged from a solar panel with the Cortex M3 side.  Are there any lead-acid battery charging algorithms/libraries available for use in CCS?
