F28335 .out file - boot after reset problem

Make sure please that you create  flash-configuration (not RAM) of project. 

Did you go through this manual already 0508.TI_Running_from_Flash_spra958l.pdf?

The thing is that I do not have a project, 

Matlab is generating .out file for me.

So I guess it is somewhere in the .out generation problem ?

or is the still something that could be done afterwards ?

You need a matlab expert to guide you to solve this issue and yes, there seems to be some issue in generating the .out file. Still I would suggest you to check with all the settings/initialization that are done in Matlab.
