Hi,
i had started to load a programm to a TMS330F28069PZT at the first time.
At the first moment, every work fine, but at the moment where CCS5 startet to flash the controller the power supply collapsed, because i had set the current limited at a low level.
I thought, no problem, load the programm again.
BUT, now i get always the error:
Error connecting to the target:
(Error -1015 @ 0x0)
Device is not responding to the request. Device may be locked, or the emulator connection may be unreliable. Unlock the device if possible, and power-cycle the board. If error persists, confirm configuration and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).

The JTAG connection work fine, the "JTAG DR Integrity scan-test has succeeded"
The cuircuit and the power supply is ok.
I tried to erase the flash with CCS Uni-Flash also, but i get only:
15:38:10] C28xx: Erasing Flash memory...
[15:38:10] ERROR >> C28xx: Flash Programmer: Error erasing flash memory. Device is locked or not connected. Operation cancelled
Can anyone help me with my problem?!
