Do anyone know where I can find information about how to verify the program/data in a mass production?

I haven't been successful on find the right information about it. In my case it's crucial to preform a verification of the MCU after it's has been programed. It's like a quality control. I got little confused with CSM and JTAG. Is there any interference between the CSM and a JTAG-boundary scan?

Can someone explain how a C2000 MCU works in mass production or is there any docs or webpages about it?

Hi Daniel,

Why don't you check CCS Uniflash? It has "Program" & "Verify" feature.

Ok, strange that I didn't find it first :/

But now I have a new wondering about how can that program be implemented in mass production? As I can see, it can only program one MCU at a time and verify.

Very true, btw in production house how many controllers do you program at a time?

I don't have too much knowledge about how many at a time but I know that the production is far more than just 3000 devices/day.
