SM320F2808 - Frame Error

Hello,

I am working on SM320F2808 microcontroller .i am getting issues in SCI.there is a frame error generating while communication. SCIFFFE bit of SCIRXBUF register is getting set everytime when i run the program.what might be the issue here.i am using RS485 as communication protocol.

Did you check with the sample codes first?

hi,

thanks for the reply.yes i have tried the sample codes for communication but its working fine in development board which has TMS320F2808 chip but its not working on the board which has SM320F2808 controller.....getting the Frame error.
