TMS320F28069, BSDL file

I am looking for a bsdl for the TMS320F28069PZPS (100 pin QFP) I found a bsdl that has several errors in it. It has an "A" in front of all of the pin#'s. It is also missing most of the power pins. The BSDL file is sprm541.bsd

Is there one available that is syntactically correct and proven to work?
