delay in turning of pwm triggering signal

Hi,

I am using a F28027 Launchpad to do a motor control application. The ISR frequancy is 10kHz which means the PeriodMax of pwm module is 2999. I am trying to set the pwm output signal high in one ISR and set it to low in the other. However, when the signal is high, there is a delay of setting it to low. So the signal continues to be high at the point where it should be transitioned to low and after some time it becomes low.

I am wondering if it is because the wrong set of dead band time?

Please help.
