Can anybody please tell me if it is possible to connect F28069MISO card to IR21365 gate driver which has ACTIVE LOW pwm inputs?

Can InstaSPIN software generate ACTIVE LOW pwm outputs?

Sure, you can set up the PWM hardware as you like.

InstaSPIN is not a closed box. Only the FAST observer and some of the overall system controller state machine is fixed and kept protected. Everything else is customizable.

into existing LaunchPad with TMS320F28027PTT on it?

Which files inside the project should I change?

Do I need to change .cmd file?

No, InstaSPIN_FOC is enabled by special libraries in ROM on specific Piccolo versions, F28027F and 26F

There will be a LAUNCHXL-F28027F announced and available next week, with corresponsing MotorWare update.
