Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28335
I use asycn. SRAM(IS61WV25616BLL) and nvSRAM(CY14B101NA) with TMS320F28335 wtihout any problems.
I want to change external memory to MRAM(MR2A16A), but it is not working.
In XINTF, although we configure only LEAD, TRAIL and ACTIVE wait states, I think we can't configure the recovery time, ( http://www.everspin.com/PDF/EST02520_Replacing_Cypress_CY62168EV30LL-45BVXI_MoBL_SRAMs_with_Everspin_MR4A08B_MRAM_AppNote.pdf , page: 4 ) minimum address hold time must be 12 ns.
