I need a micro controller that can be programmed for Newton's Law of Cooling out to LCD any suggestions?

Hello,

Looking for a micro controller for a science fair project. Read temperature of Coffee and ambient room temperature  and use Newtons Law of Cooling  to see how long the coffee has been sitting out.  Output will be on LCD .
