What do you mean by "Graphic Library"? 

Graphical display? or something else?

GUI library to make UI (User interface) in LCD

You don't need the special library for this task. You need to choose LCD and to follow data sheet for its interface. Refer please to these threads

you haven't understand my question, the link you provided just talks about interface the LCD with controller, but my want to know any Graphical library for F28M35H52C device, if Graphical library is available i will great GUI in LCD, am interfaced  TFT LCD with F28M35H52C using separate LCD driver because my LCD requires RGB interface

Yes, there is something  ti\controlSUITE\device_support\f28m35x\v201\MWare\grlib\. But I didn't try porting.
