programs runs after programmed by debugger, but not anymore after reset. Program in Flash

Hi,

I have a problem which has emerged after 10 years : After programming the flash with a debugger, the program runs fine, but after reapplying power, it fails to start without the debugger. Connecting the debugger with GEL loaded, the program runs fine as well (without reprogramming the flash). Connecting the debugger without GEL, it will sometimes run, and sometimes not. If not, it will run fine after a reset (with debugger connected).

Any ideas? All other programs have always run fine, this one doesn't, allthough the little difference in programs.
