Are the symbols/footprint available for TMS320F28031PAG?? I checked the product page and ControlSuite, but failed to find the symbols.

I don't believe we have a footprint for the F28031PAG specifically.

You may be able to reuse some of the MSC1214Y5 footprint (also a PAG footprint, see below), but to be honest it may just be easier to have the customer regenerate the part.
