error connecting to the target from ccsv3.1 to board F2812

hi..i am newbie ..i have problem during connecting my program to the board F2812..before today is good but today i try to load my program the message appears:

Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000200/-145 Fatal Error during: OCS,  Error generated by SD scan controller module  Sequence ID: 0 Error Code: -145 Error Class: 0x80000200

and this:

Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000200/-145
Fatal Error during: OCS,
Error generated by SD scan controller module

Sequence ID: 0
Error Code: -145
Error Class: 0x80000200
I/O Port = 378

Board Name: F2812 eZdsp
Cpu Name: cpu_0

Abort:        Close Code Composer Studio.
Retry:        Try to connect to the target again.
Cancel:        Remain disconnected from the target
Diagnostic:    Run diagnostic utility.

so..i dont no how to solve this problem..tq
