Does the TMDSPLCKIT-V3 development kit support G.9955 (G.hnem)

Hello!

I'm student at an Austrian University of Applied Science. Next month, I'll start my Power-Line Communications project. The topics are
- G.hn
- G.hnem
- Smart Grid
- Smart Home Control
- Smart Appliances, controlling of domestic Appliances

whereas the focus will be on the new ITU-T standard "G.hnem" (G.9955, G.9956) and
the practical approach of the standards. With the TMDSPLCKIT-V3 development kit
(http://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSPLCKIT-V3), I want to demonstrate how G.hnem works. My intention is:
- buy two Kits
- connect them to the mains
- load an application onto the kits, thus they can communicate with each other

I'm not quite sure, if my experiment is possible with the TMDSPLCKIT-V3 (CENELEC Band). I got some questions and I hope you can help me:
- Does the Kit support G.hnem?
- Do I need further equipment/transceivers for the communication with G.hnem?
- Can I load applications onto the DevKit (programmed by myself)?
- How do I program such applications (to be precise, which tools do I have to use)?
- Do I need further equipment to load the applications onto the DevKit
- What do I need for development?

Thanks for your all your help and hints!!!
