I would like to ask you a question about the soldering process with BGA packages.
In our lab we are soldering by hand electronic prototypes with SMD packages. The smallest package that we have soldered is the TSSOP. A few months ago we have purchased an IR reflow oven and we have soldered some QFN packages with optimal results.
Since more and more components are presented in BGA packages, we would like to begin with BGA, but we are not aware about how to solder it and check the result. Our laboratory is small and we cannot have complex equipment (like and x-ray machine), but we have to offer a reliable results to our customers.
I would like to ask you for some information about how to solder the BGA components and some hints.
