Ac variac problem

Which card are you using?

Isolation on the controlCARD or the emulator on the HVKit?

If on the HVKit, are you using the 15V supply for the digital and do you have the connections correct?

Are you jumping the bus voltage to the controller side with a banana cable?

I am using High voltage DMC + PFC [1.1] kit as shown in figure.How on hvkit or emulator need to be an isolation?  I'm doing connections as shown in the figure. i am not doing something other.   I'm using 15v supply, as shown in documents.

i dont' see anythign wrong with your set-up

I can't really see your J7 connection, but I assume it's correct (middle - top, towards capacitors)

Your emulation connection should be isolated.

Are you able to connect, you just loose connection sometimes?

It could be an electric noise issue - probably from your variac - effecting the USB cable itself. I've seen this sometimes.

I am using a desktop PC and it is connected to UPS socket and it has connection ground, i didn't disconnect the ground from PC, thus i think i wouldn't have made isolation emulation connection with PC. I disconnected to connection with ground of other all equipments .
