Flash API error #1

I'm getting the following error on TMS32028027F (picollo kit -insta spin) when I try to load code to flash or simply just erase flash:

Flash API Error #1:

Unknown error during Flash operation.

Erase/Program/Verify Operation failed
Anybody know what this means?

I am using CCS3V3 and its onboard emulator XDS100V2

Is it possible for you to move to CCSv5.5 and compiler 6.2.3?

I'm not sure if using CCS3.3 is the issue, but it certainly could be. And we don't do any testing of InstaSPIN projects on anything bu CCSv5 and latest compilers.

Compiler update from Help --> Check for updates or install from here into your default instalation directory. Ex:

C:\ti\ccsv5p5\ccsv5\tools\compiler\c2000_6.2.3
