F28M36X Debug error

We are trying to program our new F28M36X through Cortex M3 mode/C2000 mode. We followed all the procedure in the user manual and we also tried the sample programs. The code is building properly with no errors. However, when we try to debug the program, the ccs throws out an error and gets terminated. The error message is shown in the picture attached. Please help us in this regard.

Hi,

Check your target configuration setup. Also is this a dev kit or a custom board?

Dear Sir,

We checked the configuration file. However the error keeps prompting irrespective of any change in the configuration file. We followed all the steps given the user manual.

This is a development bored with a control card offered by TI for Solar purposes and for networking purposes.

Anand, can you perform a jtag integrity test by Clicking on Test Connection in Target Configuration? Let me know if it passes or fails. Also go through this link for FAQs:
