F28M35 usb bulk problem

Hi, I'm able to compile and run the Usb_Dev_Bulk from f28m35 v201of controlsuite3.2.4 using CCS-v5.5 on Development Kit(TMDXCNCDH52C1) . But my Win XP SP3 does not able to detect the USB device correctly after restart. The steps of set up are below:

1) i load the Usb_Dev_Bulk .out to flash using ccs5.5 .and i run the program,system can detect generic bulk device immediately.

2) i Power off and restart the kit.and Windows XP SP3 detect it very slowly and finally name it "Unknown Device" under USB controller.

3) vid and pid are 0 of the "Unknown Device".i think the device is not Successful enumeration .

how to slove the problem?

Hi,

This itself means that the driver has not been loaded properly or the drivers are incorrect.

USB can detected to generic bulk device immediately using emulator when i run the program.can you Upload your available code(usb_bulk).thanks.

thanks ,but your code is the same.unknown device .your usb devide can enumerate using your code give me.if yes ,please give me your all code include .lib file.

HI Gautam

1. Are you sure your usb_bulk code can normal operation in flash? and can your usb device enumerate as generic bulk device after load .out file and restart without emulator?

2. The lib i need are usblib and driverlib .

3.My project is V201 of controlsuite3.2.4.i don't know yours?is code you using modefy by yourself ?

First of all, I've not worked on usb_bulk code for this controller but for F28069. It worked as a charm without any issues. The structure used for both these controllers are near about same and should not have any issues. I'm unable to get a clear picture on what is going wrong on your side but here are the lib files:

i continue test my project.i found the value of if(psInfo->sCallbacks.pfnSuspendHandler) of USBDeviceIntHandlerInternal(unsigned long ulIndex, unsigned long ulStatus) is zero in usbdenum.c .so enumeration don't work.

i don't know why the point (psInfo->sCallbacks.pfnSuspendHandler) of functon (HandleSuspend()) is 0.it is initialized by g_sBulkDeviceInfo in usbdbulk.c.

can you help me? where is TI employee?
