analog signal out from f28335

Hi all!

I'm using tms320f28335 dsp kit and ccs 4.

my objective is to read an analog signal which is generated inside dsp. since there is no analog output pin is available for f28335, i think i should take an 8 bit digital output of that particular signal using GPIO pins. Then i can use an 8 bit DAC IC to convert it back to the analog.

For that, i need to convert the decimal number to corresponding binary value. Can you please suggest me some way to convert decimal to binary in an easier way?

Also is there any other way to get the analog signal out from this dsp?
