Take a video of f2812 course for education on youtube

I am a colledge teacher. I would like to take a video about f2812 dsp course for education. The video will be about 27 hourses. Then the video will upload on youtube for students. The contents of the video contain TMS320F281x user's guide including figures and tables. I would like to ask whether i can do so legally. Just like the Moocs. Can I use the contents of TI web data for the video? Thank you for answering.
