Experiencing ADC troubles in sequential operating mode

Hi everyone!

I'm using the A/D converter in the 28335 experimenter kit to acquire three signals. My problem is that all the signals have zeros included, which are not supposed  to be there. The really frustating thing is that the last channel I measure always have more zeros included, no matter which channel is considered ( I've tried all the possible combinations to acquire them) . Indeed, the number of included zeros seem to be increasing : the first channel has only a few oh them, the second channel has a few more, whilst the third always has more than the other two together.

Would it be caused  by some noise? ... in this case: why the last channel always has the higher pollution? (no matter which channel is considered to be  the last)...

Could someone help me?... the operating frequency is 25MHz (ADC_MODCLK=0x3 and SYSCLK=150MHz)

 Thanks in advance,
