TMS320F28335 - Help mating dock station to my PCB

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SM73201

Hello, I am developing temperature controlling system that uses SPI pins, LCD, customized keypad and many GPIO pins - pins on both sides of dock station board.

SPI is used to communicate with SM73201, at a considerable 10KSPS. So I need a solution to connect my PCB to dock station.

Since SPI won't do well along wires, I need to connect both pcb's soldering.

I am considering using those:

and inserting these pins tails (my pcb) from below the dock station into the breadboard, then soldering and joining pins from my pcb and from dock station with jumpers or soldering again.

However, it seems a tricky and time consuming layout, since there are pins to be used on both sides of dock station, and a central gap that must not have any electrical connections.

Are there suggestions or proven working solutions for mating applications PCB's to dock station??
