How is it that there is no MTBF difference between industrial (-PTT) and automotive (-PTQ) version of the TMS320F280270 in the reliability data pages ?
I would expect the automotive version to achieve a better MTBF ?

Hi,
This is what one of my TI buddy had to say:
TI's C2000 group gives out this information out under NDA.
Since you are a TI employee please contact me via email directly and I will help you.
If you were not a TI employee, the best way to get this data is via your local FAE/distributor/sales support.
So, simply friend Mr. Brett Larimore and clear all your doubts wrt MTBF and Flash Retention.
Regards,
Gautam
