I suggest you start with the TMS320F28027 Product Folder. There is a section for software. You will find examples in the controlSUITE software package.
shiv parvath said:2) Does it supports any RTOS?
SYSBIOS is supported on the C2000 platform, however, the F28027 may be constrained on memory resources.

The SYSBIOS package would have an example, probably a very minimal example.
Hi Brandon,
I was able to download the control suite, but which examples to use
As I used example Gpio_toggle located in ti/controlsuite/c2000 launch pad/f2802x/examples
was able to built successfully with .out file, but when I loaded the out file to device it did not work
what could be the reason?
Is there any jumper setting to be taken care on board

4)Resume(Play button)
Is at first time we need to load any drivers for USB jtag?

No, you don't have to. Its a one time driver installation at beginning.
I would like you to go through this step by step manual for blinking led from scratch:

Yup, yup no problem. But its always better to be updated with the latest one. The doc that I've provided is fool proof so do upgrade your CCS if you still face any issues with your current version.

That's great. Please close this thread by verifying the answer and open a new one for new queries.
Here's the answer for your 2nd query:
http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/SYS/BIOS_for_the_28x
Also, C2000 launchpad would not perform well with SYS/BIOS implementation dues to memory constraints. But do check it out.
