What does @7 mean in this assembly code?

Hi,

I read spru430e.pdf on C28 assembly code. It has the following example code on page 119/693:

I1: MOVB AR0,@7 ; Load AR0 with the value addressed by
; the operand @7 and clear the upper
; half of XAR0.
I2: MOV AH,*XAR0 ; Load AH with the value pointed to by
; XAR0.

Could you explain it to me?

Thanks,
