CLA function doesn't work if I do flash program through serial bootloader(CKFA) in 28035

Hi All:

I am now trying to do flash programming through CKFA 

and my project include CLA application,

My function works will but the CLA application ,

for example,I designed an procedure  that  send a value to my MCU through CAN BUS ,

and transmit to CLA module to calculate a new value then send it back

I can send through CAN BUS ,but it returns a constant value which is not correct

the linker file I used in CKFA program and my application program is attached here,

I don't know if I do any thing wrong so the CLA application doesn't work normally
