Do you know whether quad-chip-select-mode is supported by EPI of F28M35H52C1 ?

Hi,

Yes, quad-chip-select mode is supported by EPI on F28M35x devices but this feature was added in silicon revision Rev-A onwards. If you are using Rev-0 silicion then this feature will not be available.
