Problem with TMS320F28335 Experimenter Kit - Error -151 @ 0x0

I was woking with DSP Texas TMS320F28335 Experimenter Kit (I was wornking with an PWM generation module normally), but suddlenly when I tried to conect again it, first of all RS232 dual driver didn't recognize and second of all, when I tried to Build the program to the target , this error appeared:

"Error connecting to the target:
(Error -151 @ 0x0)
One of the FTDI driver functions used during
the connect returned bad status or an error.
The cause may one or more of: invalid emulator serial number,
blank emulator EEPROM, missing FTDI drivers, faulty USB cable.
Use the xds100serial command-line utility in the 'common/uscif'
folder to verify the emulator can be located.
(Emulation package 5.0.681.0)"

I tried to connect another DSP with the similar features and It was successfull. I want to know the cause of the problem and sove it.
