High Resolution PWM. Synchronization between ePWM channel's

I'm trying to use high resolution period in ePWM1 and ePWM2 modules (and HiRes duty cycle moreover). Is there any way  to syncronize time bases's without jitter of ePWM2 about ePWM1? I use conventional syncronization method, but it make 2 sysclk jitter.
