Hi,
I'm going to use SDRAM in TMS320F28377 controlCARD attached by the daughter card including SDRAM.
I don't know how to config:
- RCSR.MODULE_ID
- SDRAM_CR.EBANK (Described in TRM example as reserved / bit3)
Could you let me know how to use them?
SDRAM is K4S641632H-TC(L)70 same as the example in TRM.
- EMIF_CLK : 100MHz
- CAS latency : 3
