need step by step implementation of C2000 peripheral explorer kit (TMS320F28335)

Hi,

I have bought a c2000 peripheral explorer kit with TMS320F2833 Board. I have installed code composer V4 but i don't know how to connect my device with the program and all the basic steps of linking my hardware with the code.

Kindly guide me me from basic step so that i can just run a program of flashing LED on Kit.
