For high temperature testing purposes I need to replicate the TMDSCNCD28069 controlCARD and use high temperature rated components, but I couldn't find the schematic of the evaluation module.

I would  greatly appreciate a link for that schematic. Thanks.

    You will be able to find all the hardware details for the controlCARD inside controlSUITE.

    Once downloaded and installed, the schematics for this controlCARD can be found at the below directory:
    \controlSUITE\development_kits\~controlCARDs\CC2806xHWdevPkg\R1_1\
