DRV8312 Kit example problems

I am using the DRV8312-C2 Kit.

Were were missing the USB drive with info and software. I downloaded all the software from the website (I think)

But when doing the Lab 1 and switching to debug mode the Real-Time Silicon Mode icon is greyed out.

In going backwards, I am using the InstaSPIN Projects and Labs User’s Guide Version 1.0.10 I also downloaded.

Am I using the wrong Version for the Piccol? Please pass on any in-lightning thoughts as to my problem you may have.

Ok, so far I believe I am using the wrong manual, I think the one above is MotorWare. From what I have read I should be using Suite 2000 labs. Do you know (if you agree) where I can get the labs for the kit above?

Hi David,

The example codes for the above kit are present in controlSuite for C2000 mcus. Download the same and navigate to:

C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\DRV8412-C2-KIT_v131

I think what Gautam's mean is C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\DRV8312-C2-KIT_v128 (if you are using DRV8312).

It is confusing to me at times to find the right information, being new, and TI's great job of providing it.

Now back to Sq. 1 and start again.
