We are looking for a solution for a factory using power line communication. We have tried and tested cypress semiconductors PLC solution. However there are some issues in it. According to TI, there is a solution using PLC(C2000 Power Line Modem Developer's Kit).Can you suggest some solutions for the following issues. Also give us a briefing about the module.
1. How to communicate in a poly phase network?
2. Switch mode power supplies( capacitive loads) had a significant impact on the power line signal. the signal drops if there are capacitive loads in the network. Is it an issue in the TI solution?
3.What is the maximum distance to which the communication is possible?
4. Do RCCBs have an impact on the transmission?
5.Does impedance play a part in the transmission and reception of the PLC signal? ]
