TMS320F28335 NOT CONNECTING

Hi, 

    Am using my custom board TMS320F28335 with XDS100 USB V1 Emulator . While running or debug sometimes am getting the following error 

C28xx: Error: (Error -150 @ 0x0) One of the FTDI driver functions used during configuration returned a invalid status or an error. (Emulation package 5.1.232.0)
C28xx: Unable to determine target status after 20 attempts
C28xx: Failed to remove the debug state from the target before disconnecting. There may still be breakpoint op-codes embedded in program memory. It is recommended that you reset the emulator before you connect and reload your program before you continue debugging

Kindly help me , what kind of problem this error will arise....  

Note: This is the first board we debugging (Our New Board)

    Hi,

    First of all check with "Test connection" in Target Configuration window. Let me know what you observe. Also, don't forget to check the voltage levels on the board with that on the schematics.

         I successfully across those errors., started developing code for basic I/O interfacing coding. all success . 

    Now am developing the SCIA UART - CODE . i could not able to set proper baudrate. i looked sample code from control suite and header file setup of tms320f28335. i can able to send some single character through uart ., but i cant able to set proper baud rate. the irrevalent datas are receiving at some baud rates/..

    To fix proper baud rates i dont have tms320f28335 Serial Communication Interface datasheet  in TI website i cant able to download it . please help me or provide formulae for TMS320F28335 sci baud rate setting.

          Thanks for the your direct doc.., it helps me a lot . I successfully configured three SCI's (SCIA, SCIB, SCIC) and got output at 9600 baud rate .,

      Now am going to start develop the code for SPI DAC & SPI EEPROM ., but again am facing same issue. i cant able to download the SPI doc TMS320F28335 . please check the below the link :
