where can I get this capacitors?
Maybe it is an error from TI, because the normal values for X7R/0402/16V ends at 100nF (Mouser, Digikey,....).
Or can I use the X5R dielectricum?

Yes Uwe, I did notice that. What I wanted to indicate is; have a talk with Yageo distributors. I'm sure you might get a positive feedback.

Yes, X5R can generally work as a replacement for X7R. In general, both are very similar dielectrics with the major difference being operating temperature ranges.
Because the signal across the capacitor is ~1.2V in this design, you could also comfortably move down to a 10V rating on the capacitor and still have plenty of design margin.
