28377D information for pcb design

Dear All,

I am designing a pcb for the 28377D and I need the schematic and pcb model of this component (176 pin HLQFP package). I am using Altium for the pcb design.

This information is available somewhere?

Hi Peter,

It doesn't seem like TI has yet released the pcb model for HLQP. For now you'll have create a custom model by noting down the specs from datasheet.

For the BGA model, you can refer the PCB file for controlCARD.
