I did it with Windows 7 x64. Warning message "Could not start interface because unpacking resources failed" appeared while loading for a moment and application exit at once, so I tried several times to make printscreen of that message, printscreen image is attached.

Could you please point me to a right link for GUI applications?

I've downloaded controlSUITE from ti.com and installed it on fresh Windows XP 32 bits Virtual Machine. Also I installed drivers. When I try to run GUI it shows this warning message after loadin: "VCP auto-connection is enabled for this interface, but there was a problem retrieving COM ports from your system. This may be due to a WMI corruption".

I've tested connection with XDS emulator in Code Composer Studio 5.3.0 and it returned following error message:

-----[An error has occurred and this utility has aborted]--------------------

This error is generated by TI's USCIF driver or utilities.

The value is '-151' (0xffffff69).
The title is 'SC_ERR_FTDI_OPEN'.

The explanation is:
One of the FTDI driver functions used during
the connect returned bad status or an error.
The cause may one or more of: invalid emulator serial number,
blank emulator EEPROM, missing FTDI drivers, faulty USB cable.
Use the xds100serial command-line utility in the 'common/uscif'
folder to verify the emulator can be located.
