Defective F2806x PiccoloSTICK DVD

I'm sorry about that.  Is the DVD physically broken or does the data just seem to be corrupt?

At any rate, yes all the things included on the DVD can be found (and some more up-to-date) elsewhere.  Most can be found after downloading controlSUITE.  controlSUITE is the one-stop place for pretty much all of C2000's software:

Once downloaded and installed, the F28069 controlSTICK stuff can be found here:
\controlSUITE\development_kits\F28069 controlSTICK\

You will also likely need Code Composer Studio (CCS), C2000's code development and debug environment.  It can be found here:
http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS
