Hi，

    If I want to boot from H0 RAM，I should pull the GPIOF4 pin down。But after that I also need the GPIOF4 working as SCI TX。Except using SCIB instead of SCIA， is there any other solution can be used？

    The boot mode pins can be re-used by the application once the program control is in the application.

    However there is no possibility of using GPIOF4 for SCIB because the SCIB muxing option is not available for this pin on this device.
