Problems with XDS100v1

I'm trying to debug example project on HVDCM+PFC 2.1 Kit with CCS 5.3.0. Windows 7 x64 is running on VMWare on Linux Mint.

CCS 5.3.0 constantly says that XDS returns error:

But xds100serial.exe see xds 9 times of 10 executions:

How solve this issue?
