Emulator failure: C28xx: Error: Error 0x20000026/-1135 Severe

some more updates. Now the debugger can a short while without any break points ( a couple of seconds), and stops itself. Message says 

Can't find a source file at "src/hwi/hwi_disp_asm.s28"
Locate the file or edit the source lookup path to include its location.

And my "CPU load data" stopped updating even before that. I can resume a couple of times and then the fatal error I described above appears.

Thanks for the link, I think my problem went away after I used a different type of emulator XDS100v2 USB JTAG, I did try a same type but different  XDS510USB emulator, problem remained the same. I haven't spent lot of time testing it, but the few times I ran, it worked perfectly. Any idea what is different between the 2 emulators?

XDS510 is much faster than XDS100v2. Other than this, I don't think there is any major difference.
