I was wondering if its possible to driver a 2 pairs, 4 Poles BLDC motor with TMS320F28069M technology? if yes we are planning to change our 8 poles motors with 4 pole motors.

InstaSPIN-FOC and -MOTION have no pole limitation.
Changing the poles will of course change your available Torque (from 8 to 4 will reduce your torque in half given the same flux and current capability) and your mechanical speed based on the electrical characteristics of the motor.
Mechanical Speed = Electrical Speed * 120 / poles
