c2000 simulink guid

I am using f28335 ccs v5 matlab r2013b. I configured my controller and I have installed mathworks tool for simulink. Now I can program my card via simulink. Now I want to develop a guid application thus controling the card. Can someone explain is it possible todo this using ccs v5 or I have to install ccs v3.3. All examples I found are with ccs v3.3. I am looking also for an example too.
