ControlSUITE library license

We would like to use the following libraries in our product

 Flash28335_API_V210.lib

C28x_FPU_Lib.lib

rts2800_fpu32_fast_supplement.lib

The license agreement which you must click thorough when installing controlSUITE refers to “The Licensed Materials may also contain GNU materials which are subject to the terms set forth in the GNU General Public License”. Please can someone confirm which license agreement applies to the use of the above libraries when statically linked into an application. I have search through all the files install when I installed controlSUITE but I can find which license applies.

    The three libraries you have mentioned are all TI generated code with no open source.  The license is TI commercial as described in the controlSUITE click through.  These libraries can be freely used on TI devices and the FPU libraries source is provided and can be modified if desired for TI devices.

    We are working on cleaning up the manifest information for controlSUITE to help customers more easily identify the 3rd party content at a top level.  My apologies for any confusion we introduced.
