Hello!

I make project (several time) control algoritm to ACIM.

And have next problem:

Each time to start speed a have wave colebate wave form D and Q component.

In staticmode(speed constant) that is normal

I try next :tuning pid regulator D and Q (wide range).

Compensation saturation iron ACIM(Lm from Id).

You can see diagramm.

Black- Id component.

Grey -Iq component.

Green,Red,Yellow -current.

Blue - voltage Ud.

Reference for Id and Iq is normal line.

Please advise me what you mind.

what are the condition differences between the 1st and 2nd image? They look to have similar load but much different results. The 2nd and 3rd graphs don't look that bad.

are you following one of the examples from controlSUITE HVKIT?

Wave form 1 and 2 is equal.Different is zooming image.

Wave form 3 is static mode acim.(reference speed = real speed).

My mind is next.

Change speed is so quick. And current model is wrong.

I use chip 28335 and classic motor lib from ti.

it's hard to say from some screen shots.

how are you aligning the mechanical to electrical angle?

If you are able, I recommed trying InstaSPIN-MOTION, it is going to give you superior performance much, much more quickly.
